It doesn't matter. They'll redraw the maps that are gerrymandered in a similar way but with different shapes. Then they'll get sued again over those maps, but by the time it makes it through the courts another election will have come and gone on them. And if not? They'll just make a third set of gerrymandered districts to hold that election (and later elections) on. They can play this game forever, baby!
