An anti-Joe Biden chant that turned into a meme among Republicans has now stemmed one of the hottest songs in the country. “Let’s Go Brandon” appears to have innocent intentions, but the phrase has turned ubiquitous in the conservative circle for their disdain of the president. Rapper Loza Alexander capitalized on the popular saying, and his recent song is taking over the iTunes charts. The chant started following a NASCAR race earlier this month, when the crowd at Alabama’s Talladega Superspeedway was chanting “F--- Joe Biden” as NBC Sports reporter Kelli Stavast interviewed race winner Brandon Brown. The reporter misheard the chants as “Let’s Go Brandon,” and she told Brown what she was hearing.

Pretty catchy hook/sample. Hope this man gets the biggest bag when this goes platinum. It actually was #1 on on itunes overall until Adele's new album dropped lol Still the number #1 hip hop song on itunes is pretty impressive.

Interesting, would have been easier to poke at country music tropes but progressives hating on hip hop will be entertaining to see.

With that said, I don't find it catchy nor entertaining to listen too. I couldn't get through 60 seconds. Smart on him for capitalizing on the hilarious movement though.

I'm not too familiar on current rap or hip hop trends/styles, but it sounded more like a pop song with all that auto-tune/electronic addage. lol

I wasn't even aware of the meme but apparently "**** Joe Biden" is a very popular chant at many different sporting events. During a racing event some fake NBC reporter heard it and tried gaslighting on air by claiming they were chanting "let's go Brandon." Media really goes out of their way to cover for him and try to deceive the world into believing what people are clearly chanting isn't anti Joe Biden in nature.

I think it's lame they were chanting it at all. WTF has happened to this country? Everything is politicized, even NASCAR ffs.

@comp_atkins: I think politics is fine in sports. Even laudable. Sporting events present a large stage, and it's going to attract activism. This incident is just a reminder that the "keep politics out of sports" people disagree with the cause, not the stage or method.

As others said, Politics in sports is fine. It is a free country, and if people are getting offended, then good. If people are getting offended over hearing different, opposing viewpoints, then they have probably been way too sheltered, and needs to be sent straight back into reality.
