"since WWII the President's party has lost an average 26 seats in the House"

Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_midterm_election

Trump claimed an "historic" victory when he lost about 37 seats and lost the house popular vote by about 7 points(the GOP got a smaller percentage of the popular vote in the 2010 midterms) . LOL. GOP lost and did WELL BELOW average. Get over it

Not only that, the GOP lost 7 governorships, ~350 state seats, and 1 party control/supermajorities in several states.

Because he said he did, and his people believe it.

Stop being a willing troll victim. I know it's hard not to get frustrated with him, but being ignorant of Trump's doings (or, at least, pretending to be) takes away his power. The more people he outrages, the bolder he grows; the more we argue with his supporters, the more they feel like victims and justified in their beliefs.

Or, idunno, get pissed. It's only 4 or 8 years.

Because "alternative facts". Places like the Washington Post are lying and only Fox News tells the truth.

Trump lies or exaggerates about almost everything. So why would this be any different?
