Criminals killing criminals is not why these incidents are not given ample and proper coverage.

Gang bangers kill other gang bangers all the time. That's what they do and nobody is surprised by it. 20 people being gunned down at 1 time a store is not a common occurrence and makes people think more. That is why that makes the news more. I can't believe I need to explain that to another human being.

You're right though, we should just not care as much when 20 people get randomly gunned down while at the store.

Except those different political opinions often involve violence and harm against the vulnerable, whether it's caging undocumented people in harsh conditions, tolerating the proliferation of guns, okaying white nationalists to talk freely, targeting the poor and helping the rich, allowing the police to operate with impunity, rewriting the constitution to their whims, and so on.

The only people that get sensitive around here are right wingers whenever their ideologies are questioned and outed as outdated and dangerous. But that's the case with right wing fanatics.

I'm not even that right-wing, I've been an independent for years. Democrats just went too far to the left with their virtue singling and shaming anybody that isn't exactly like them politically. I lost count of how many times I have been called a far-right Republican in this forum over my posts and I was pretty pro-Obama for awhile except on a handful of issues.

We do need to work on immigration, but when you have liberals like AOC encouraging migrants to cross illegally and immediately claim asylum when they get here while refusing to fund improvements, then it's not going to get much better.

Since this thread was started over the issue with guns and white supremacy, I have to wonder: since I'm a black guy, why should I give up my guns and my ability to protect myself since many of you insist that armed white racists want me dead? Supposedly, I can't trust the cops to protect me either after I turn my guns in, since they are all racists that want to make me the next Michael Brown or Eric Garner...

If anybody is trying to rewrite the Constitution right now, it's some people on the left trying to outlaw hate speech in violation of the 1st Amendment (hate speech such as bigoted speech is not the same as dangerous and false speech such as falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater), ban guns in violation of the 2nd Amendment, and strip the Executive Branch of their powers granted by Article Two of the Constitution to secure the border (national security).

In recent years (or last decade) a significant majority of Domestic Terror is right wing. Almost none of it is left wing. Islamic Terror is not left wing terror.

Left wing is almost nonexistence in comparison to right wing terror this last decade or two decades or last 3 years.

This was left vs right, as his statement started with ANTIFA and I replied with right wing terror. Right takes the cake, and then some. Nice goal post move though.

As for the rise in right wing terrorism it makes sense. You have most multibillion dollar corporations and media organization's going far left and when groups feel marginalized they become more extreme. It's the same reason left wing terror was bad in the 60's and 70's.
