Ys: Memories of Celceta on PSN?

I've read the game releases digitally February 25 in Europe, so It should be available by now but I don't see it on PSN. Any idea why the delay? Should I order a hardware copy?

Maybe the store hasn't updated (completely) yet? It happens sometimes.
