I'm excited by quite a few games, now how many I will purchase is another question, but here's a short list of games I'm keeping an eye on.

Tomb Raider--Not a fan of the series, but the new installment looks good, I'm really curious about the RPG/leveling elements.

Dead Space 3--Favorite series of this generation. Looking forward to another solid experience.

Bioshock: Infinite--Great series, looking forward to a new, intriguing setting.

Aliens: CM--I'm a HUGE fan of the Alien movies, it will be neat to explore more of the universe.

Borderlands 2--The original was a guilty pleasure of mine, it sounds as if Gearbox have really made some great improvements.

Last of Us--Continuing to peak my interest, I still have some major questions, but so far so good!

That's a nice list, I went ahead and bolded everything I want to own, and underlined everything I want to rent or try out in some way. Of course this also depends on the review scores, so if a bolded one flops horribly and I wasn't all that excited for it anyway, then I won't be buying it. I also added Agent since I'm still hopeful it will be out by at LEAST late 2013, if not 2014.
