Xmas money to spend :)

I wanted to know what games would give me the best bang for my buck (longest play time, best replay value, most fun for the money) from the following games:

I can get two of the following games:
-Ratchet and Clank Future
-Uncharted
-Eye of Judgment
-Motorstorm (with DLC from the PSN Store)

OR

I can get one of the following:
-Rock Band
-Guitar Hero III (With DLC from the PSN Store)

EDIT:
I'm also thinking of getting a PSP, is the functionality between PS3 and PSP all that great so far? I have Castlevania SOTN that I would put on it.

Rockband is worth the money if you have the "hang out" house, where friends always are. if not you will regret it.

If you go with the games definatly choose uncharted. and either motorstorm which is never ending fun online or ratchet, great game good graphics, but too easy

I already got them both, so I'm pretty much expanding my PS3 library.
