Worried about Socom??

Okay, Im kinda worried about Socom because its less than a week away, and the beta does'nt even work!! They introduced the new patch which screwed everything up. Wont the full game be really messed up as well? I havent been able to play a game in a few days. Its pathetic. All the server errors, ommunication errors, extreme lag, etc. is annoying. When the game wasnt messed up, I had tons of fun playing it, but now Im not so sure because it seems Slant 6 cant get the online working in an Online only game!!

I could use the 40 bucks I would be paying for Socom elsewhere, but Socom was what I was going to spend the money on. Is there much to worry about when less than a week away, the beta isnt even workable for many?

I wish I got into the beta .. but like the other guy said maybe it's over ..

I will have to wait until a week at least after release before I'll pick it up .. I hope for the best though ..

But yeah the patch really did mess everything up, I hope the game will be ok, and if it's not ok during the first week, I know they should fix things up eventually.

Its insane. The online play was excellent despite a little lag IMO. This last week there have been sooo many problems after the latest "patch"

Its insane. The online play was excellent despite a little lag IMO. This last week there have been sooo many problems after the latest "patch"

They better have something ready for release date or there will be some pissed off Socom fans ..

I'm waiting for Seth Luisi to post a new entry on the website any hour now announcing some sort of delay.

Usually happens........I hope not though.
