I think after playing the demo for god knows how long, and seeing videos on it, it should be a 9.7. That's just my opinion. We all know this won't happen. So my question is why? What is it about this game that doesn't make it a high score. It has graphics, gameplay, replay value, and good controls. What is it that will bring it down a notch?

I agree with everything you said except the replay value part. I think it will get a 8.8 on here.
I could understand this if it were a game that relies heavily on stealth, but Motorstorm is a racing game, I don't think anyone would be bothered by someone looking on their side of the screen.
Therefore, I'd expect the game to get a 8.7-9.0, MAX.
