A very weird question but here goes. Why do I feel like not wanting to play Uncharted 2 after just getting it today? I've found out that the game has 26 chapters and am just on chapter 3, but now I feel like the game's ruined, but I don't know the main plot. Any thoughts? Does this class as a Spoiler?

The fact that you know the number of chapters isn't a spoiler. Unless I didn't understand your question. The game is amazing, imo anyway. Give it a chance.

I like the game. It's just a "Oh I've ruined the game now for myself" feeling. The story is a mystery unfolding lol. Thanks for the advice.

Knowing the number of chapters doesn't ruin anything for you. Uncharted is basically a popcorn flick, you can tell in the game that it's ramping up for the ending.

Anyways just give it a chance, it's awesome and knowing how many chapters there is should't affect your gameplay at all. And you have already seen/known the Uncharted storyline before you played it, trust me. Go to just about any summer action/adventure movie and that's Uncharted.

If you feel this way & you're at chapter 3, I don't think the game is for you.Since simply knowing the total qty of levels is dampening the experience, the rest of the game will be a let down. I'd move on to a different game if I was you.

It doesn't seem like a "this isn't the game for me" kind of thing. He's not bored, he just feels like it's a race to get to Chapter 26 now rather than never knowing when the end is coming. I have to admit, that probably is a nicer feeling then getting to Chapter 24 and 25 and knowing in the back of your head that the end is a mere chapter or two away.

On the plus side though, Uncharted 2's chapters are very inconsistant. One could take you an hour and another could take you a few minutes. So... truthishly... you won't really know when the end is coming anyways unless someone actually spoils the story.

Not sure if I understand the question, but give the game a chance. You're only on Chapter 3 - if the story isn't clear, start over since you're not far into it.

As long as the journey you take while getting to the end was fun.

Don't let the amount of chapters influence you one way or the other.
