white fuzz

Hello everyone lateley i have noticed this white fuzz on my screen every time i turn on my ps3 this happens both in games and on the xmb im not sure whats causing this so any help would be appreshiated. ps. My tv is a 32'' samsung lcd hdtv though i dont know the model number.

try plugging it into a different tv and seeing if it still happens. if it doesnt, its the tv.
