That's a pretty diverse list. You may have to choose based on personal preference. Myself, I would go with Heavy Rain and Battlefield Bad Company 2. Check out gameplay videos/reviews.... IGN has a review up for Bad Company 2 by the way.
Next time ask in the Recommendation thread.I say get Bad Company 2 for the great MP and either Heavy Rain or God of war 3 for a great single player. There are demos of both on the PS store.
If you could only get one get Heavy Rain...I'm only a couple hours in as I'm a dad and it has been an insane week but this game sucks you right in. Most original and compelling experience I've had gaming this gen. Masterpiece.
Bad Company 2 would be my first choice. Not only because it's a lock to be a great game, but If you get Bad Company 2 on amazon, you get a $20 credit you can use towards another game. Since it's the newest game. If you get "done" with it within a month or two, you can still sell it for a good amount on ebay and maybe even get back as much as you paid for.

Well, you say you mostly play the multiplayer, so I would suggest getting Bad Company 2 (Heavy Rain is all single-player, I've heard poor things about Alien v Predator, and Bad Company 2 is probably one of the better shooters on that list) and then either save the money or spend it on something else. Bad Company 2 is getting a lot of hype, so if you like military shooters, it should make you happy.
Dude you need R&C ACiT. Anyone who doesn't have it in their collection belongs in a padded cell strapped to a metal table with gel-padded protection covers! LOL
If you don't mind buying used, then it's an easy question...Killzone 2 and Resistance 2. You can pick up both forabout $20 each. Purely from an economic standpoint, these are the two you should buy and by the time you beat them, the others will have gone down in price.
