So hard to pick, my friend is buying Red dead redemption, so I would like to play with him and after seeing videos/reviews I like the game. But, I am a huge fps fan and love the multiplayer for bad company 2. I wish i could just get both.

Definitely Red Dead Redemption, the single player campaign is long and enjoyable.

Honestly I just posted a thread saying I got pretty bored of Read dead's single and multiplayer. Bad Company 2 has offered me over 130 hours of multiplayer without me getting bored.

I really enjoy BC2 multiplayer, it really never gets boring. It's fun gaining ranks and unlocking weapons and it feels like a real war because of the vehicles and large maps. Weapons are pretty balanced, each class is different with their own strengths and weaknesses. The singleplayer isn't great but decent and worth playing.

I haven't played RDR so can't say much about it but apparently it has great, long lasting singleplayer and tons of replay value. Some say the free roaming gets boring, I guess you can't really judge without playing it. Multiplayer looks good but it's a shame that you can only have 16 players in such a large area.

I have both so i don't know, if your a really big fps fan than i'd say get BC2, but RDR is really good aswell, but it can wait if FPS is ur favourite genre.
