I wasn't trying to get platinum, but I put so many hours into it that I eventually did.

Terminator Salvation(was really easy, but a really crappy game)
Quantum of Solace (took me forever but i got it and was my first)

1. Buzz - 01.04.2009 - thanks to my girlfriend who was addicted by the online part

2. Sega Mega Drive Collection - 10.04.2009 - I loved the Genesis games and the plat was rather easy since I knew most of the games

3. X-Blades - 17.04.2009 - I love Hack n' Slays ^^

4. Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires - 08.07.2009 - I love the dw saga, to bad other titles need so extremly much time to plat

5. Terminator Salvation - 10.07.2009 - Found the game cheap and since I love the Terminator saga (IMO the best sci-fi saga ever) I got and plated it

6. Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time - 17.11.2009 - Love the series

7. Eye Pet - 18.12.2009 - I love accessories when it comes to gaming and actually I enjoyed the challenges, Eye Pet offered. I know it's rather i childish game, but I enjoyed it

8. Up - 04.01.2010 - Another I got because of my girlfriend. She loved the movie and when I saw the game cheap, I got it and she enjoyed it enough to get everything with me co-op resulting in the plat

9. Assassins Creed - 31.01.3010 - I just tried the plat after the DLC was out which let you redo the flying mission. Didn't get the trophy withing the story

10. Resonance of Fate - 10.05.2010 - I love JRPGs and Resonance of Fate just kept me playing. To bad the arena took that much time

11. Last Rebellion - 13.05.2010 - Again, I love JRPGs and especially anything published by NISA. It might not be a great game, but lack of JRPGs let's me play almost everything on the PS3

12. Trinity Universe - 21.07.2010 - Great game, but the grinding for 1'000'000 evaluation points was horrible, thanks to custom background music it was bearable

13. Disgaea 3 - 26.07.2010 - I was actually strong enough to get it a long time ago, but all those luck based trophies drove me crazy. After plating Trinity Universe I got some motivation and finally got my Disgaea 3 plat ^^

14. Cloudy with a chance of meatballs - 05.08.2010 - Another one I got thanks to my girlfriend ^^

15. Shrek 4 - 11.08.2010 - Here we go again, another movie licensed game I played with my girlfriend

16. Dante's Inferno - 13.08.2010 - Love the game, but it took me some time to do a second playthrough for the missed relicts.

I am so close to platnuming many games, but currently I have 3:

InFamous, Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, and Call of Duty: Classic (PSN).

I could have twice maybe three times as much as I have right now, but I don't have the will power to obtain them. :P

Uncharted: Drakes Fortune is the only game I've yet to recieve platinum for,took more than 40hours+ for me to get it.It's a trophy I hold dear in my collection.

Ive gotten

Uncharted 2 - Took me a while, you have to be dedicated to get this one.

Modern Warfare 2 - Not so difficult, but fun to get doing the Co-op missions, and frusturating.

Red Dead: Redemption. I had 100%, then DLC came out. Then I got 100% again. MORE DLC came out. Forget it -.-

The first Uncharted and Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (though, don't ask me to ever play the former on Crushing ever again, lol).

I'm currently only two trophies away from Platinum in Uncharted 2 (just gotta clear Hard and Crushing). I'm working my way towards a Platinum in Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time.
