What games did you get for free/sale

I got 4 games for free because of X-mas (LBP, PoP, Uncharted, Warhawk) And no sales. ALthough battlefield was only 30 $ which is quite low.

Got Bioshock for $20, discounted at Best Buy for $30, and a $10 off coupon printed from a site online.

Got Assassin's Creed/CoD4 as a discounted bundle at best buy, Uncharted as a birthday present, SFIV 10 bucks off cuz I preordered at EB...and calling all cars for free because of Qore.

Assassin's Creed for $39.99, but not worth it at all.

Dark Sector for $8.99, and worth every penny.

Skate for $19.99, and worth it.

My friend used to be a manager at eb games so i got all my games through him, 20% off or something. he also got me my ps3 for 200 bucks:)

All of my games are on sale when I buy them considering the fact that I am patient and wait for the game to become 30 bucks.So in my eyes I am buying a brand new game for half-off every time.K1LLR3175

SO far i havent paid full price for a PS3 game yet because they dont deserve my money. This gen is average at most.

Getting 40$ for a used game aint bad IMO, I can hardly get $20 for one at any other Movie/game store...

I probably buy 1/3rd of my games brand new.

I like supporting the developers...it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Although I have a friend that didn't spend a penny on practically all the games in his possesion:

KIngdom Hearts 1,2, all Jak games, burnout 3, revenge, dominator, the PS2 itself, Rockband PS2 edition, Dark Cloud 2, Chrono Cross, FFVIII, Shadow of the Colossus, Okami, Disgaea 1, Bouncer, and a lot more.

I bought only 2 games full price at a store (Fallout 3 for three trade ins and KillZone 2). Others were either used (2 of them) so it was like 5-10 bucks cheaper, or simply off ebay or another local website (kijiji in Canada), like I got NHL 09 new for 40 a week after its released. And two gifts (GHIII and Soul Calibur IV)

I got Motorstorm, Civ Rev, COD: WAW and fallout 3 for xmas. Than I got POP through a deal at blockbuster, if you traded in 4 games you got to choose any new game, so me and bro each traded 2. And even though it's not really a sale, EB had a deal where if you traded in LBP Killzone was only 10.

COD4 $10 off on boxing day, NHL 09 half price on boxing day

My PS3 was free cuz i got it for xmas....

I got a PS3 for $300 with a game and a movie, and a Blue ray remote control, and i sold the game and movie and got little big planet. So technically I got the ps3, , blu ray remote, and little big planet for $300. This was on Amazon customer's vote, everything was brand new.
