What do you guys think of inFamous?

Same answer from me; it has potential. Won't be a system seller, but I think it'll end up being a worthy rent at the least, if not a buy.

Just based off gamer instincts (nerdy as it sounds), I'm predicting scores at highest in low to mid eights and at lowest in the mid sevens.

I think Infamous is going to be a lot like Fable 2, it looks great on paper but the actual game will fall short. The old addage of sounds too good to be true has a near 100% accuracy when it comes to video games.Ket87

The only game that I'm looking forward to more than Infamous is probably GOWIII. As long as they implent a nice variety of powers and upgrades for the character development, Infamous should be hella fun to play.haze_blaze

And as for your poll... he does actually have more than one power... Electricity is just the source for all his powers. haze_blaze

i think it will turn out to be a neat game.

I saw the video and it looks promissing. we will just have to wait and see. but i think it will over all do good.

and its good now to actully see nice change from First Person Shooters.

• electricity powers - and drawbacks associated with those powers
• traversal in the environment

What I don't like

• running animations

What I'm worried about

• sandbox style and missions
• karma system and what it entails

i agree with those saying "potential". its really the only word to describe it. Nothings for certain until release.

i love sucker punch and how they operate, and this game looks very interesting. i'll be keeping a close eye on this one
