Valkyria Chronicles 3 Trailer

Here is the trailer, mood is serious somewhat angry and depressing it seems. I like that change. Maximillian and Selvaria are in the trailer as well cool.

So is this going to be set during the first game? Awful lot of dead people showing up in that trailer. Looks like the story will be much darker and a little more adult than than II, which is nice, I can only take so much high school drama. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Is it just me, or have they gone with a more anime style art over what we've had on the games? I could be wrong, but the game's somewhat original art was a charm I thought.Sphire

I agree. The watercolor style of the first game was beautiful and charming, and it still had that anime feel to it. I'm hoping it's just the limitations of the PSP. Not a huge fan of the pure anime style, but it still looks pretty I guess.

As for the trailer... damn. Looks really serious and almost dark. I'm sure there will be some humorous parts to the game though.

Well war is a serious thing and thats probably one of the minor gripes I have about VC2 is how light-hearted war was portrayed.
