i only hope that if they did make a ps3 twisted metal, that it would be brought back to its roots from the old twisted metal 1 and 2. any others after that i just dont think were very fun.
The Twisted Metal series has been on every PS console and has been one of Sony's premier franchises. One of the main reasons I got the PS3 was for the big Sony games so I'll be extremely disappointed if we don't see a TM game sooner or later. I'd definitelypick up a copy.
Once David Jaffe realizes that PSN games don't cut it to masterpieces like God of War, and Incognito patches up Warhawk, I could see the beginning of a slow development cycle for Twisted Metal.
On a related note: does anyone know if the version of Twisted Metal 2 released this week for download has online multiplayer?skirlnik
Sadly it does not! I don't understand this you think they could at least put a splitscreen mode in or something so you could play with a friend at home. I havn't bought the game for that reason!

What the heck are you talking about? There IS a splitscreen mode in TM2- I played it with my friend yesterday!
