The PS4 hard drive is basically full and needs to be updated. I've got a 2tb hard disk drive and have looked it up on youtube, the process of changing hard drives over. For some reason nothing happened and the whole screen went blank.

Has anyone else had trouble with the hard disk drive too? Is there something I can do?

I'm not sure what your problem is, but if I where you, I would just return it and get an external HDD. That's what I did, I got the Western Digital 4TB external HDD. Amazon has it for $110, it was a 2-3 minute setup.

No problem at all, just plugged it to one of the USB ports and that was it, took me like 2 min to set it up.
