Trophy sync going really slow please help!

So this has been going on for a few weeks now and i finally decided to look for some answers of why this is happening and i didnt find anything helpful.I tried rebuilding my database i tried swithcing from a non wired connection to a wired.Everything i try is not helping!

depending on how many trophies you earned since your last synce, it will take awhile. I have had it take up to 10 minutes sometimes, but after that it was a lot faster.
