Too much work... I don't even know of three in each category... But I will do one just for you... Action: Ummm... I guess Daxter... Driving: Hum, wipeout pure is pretty good. Shooting: I like Killzone, but there are a lot of good ones out there... RPG: OMG My favorite category!!! I would have to say ToE is the most amazing RPG for any handheld. Others: Yay for LocoRoco. Accessories: A PGP and a extra battery of some sort...

Whats ToE? I"m looking for a really good PSP RPG since I don't have any. Any other good ones would help too.

Your categories are a little constraining, but here are my PSP picks:

AA/Shooting:

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops

Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror

SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 1 and 2

Platform:

LocoRoco

Daxter

Driving/Racing:

Burnout Legends

Puzzle/Strategy:

Field Commander

Lumines

Pirates!

RPG:

Kingodm of Paradise and Valkrye Profile:Lenneth are the best, and they are only OK.  This is currently the weakest genere on the PSP.  Marvel: UA and X-men Legends 2 are both serviceable, but the load times make using the RPG elements too frustrating to endure, so I ended up turning on the auto leveler so the computer allocated skills, thus tunring them into average Guantlet style hack and slash.

Other:

Sega Genesis Collection!

This is one of the best value purchases available.  In addition to great games like Golden Axe, Sonic and Shinobi, you get Phantasy Star 2, 3, and 4.  Thus, in this one game, you get excellent examples of every genre available.  In my opinion, this is the best value purchase in the world for the PSP.

GTFO, troll.  :|

As for the topic at hand... I can't wait for some decent RPGs to come to the American market.  Thus far, very disappointing.

In this case I used AA as short hand for "Action Adventure" and NOT as an example of its ratings.  I grouped action along with shooters b/c I feel there is alot of overlap, especially in the portable market.
