This dry spell is KILLING me...

First it was the Akihabara festival. Nothing.

Then came TGS. One trailer -- MGS4 (ownage). On the console itself, nothing.

Then we waited many many long months until CES. I was so excited. Nothing.

Sony's February event....happening or not? I'm ready for dissappointment.

Then we get the announcement about DevStation in March. But that's only for dev's, press is not allowed. So more nothing.

If we have to wait until E3 for more info....I'm going to jump into a swamp of alligators....

Who's with me?

I doubt it will be a Spring Release. No gameplay footage, no price, no release date, nothing! We had all that info for like 6 months before the PSP came out. Spring is like 2 months away...mikekare79

The reason nothing much was said in 2005 was because Sony wanted to focus on selling PSP's and PS2's they havn't stopped supporting them and wont do for some time yet, Nothing was said at CES becuase it isn't really a Video games / system event, it's more about electronics in general ie TV's Hi-fi's etc with a hint of gaming Sony would save info on PS3 for a more gaming only event such as E3 or one of their own conferences such as the one in February, what everyone seems to have forgotten is Sony haven't said when in Spring the PS3 will be released E3 is still in Spring they could easly release the PS3 the week after or even the day after their E3 conference.

Spring start's in 2 months they didn't say they are gonna launch at the beginning of Spring. Spring ends on June 21st all they are saying is they will launch in Spring, which is between March 21st and June 21st, 5 months time from now till then.
