Well is it worth it to get the new one or is it BNC (Bold New Cover). My old one works fine I was just wondering if it was worth it.

I wouldn't. I'm keeping mine. Years later it'll be a collectors item just as an old school GameBoy from 1989.

do it it loads much faster, in my opinion its built a bit better, you can hook it up to the tv, has a bit more efficient battery life, and is a helluva lot more space/pocket friendly cuz of the slimmer/lighter profile
