Like I said it's already repaird but I'll try to use a sould gem

You contract a disease or something? Check the active effects menu in the Magic slot. Or just drink a Cure Disease Potion.Flame_Blade88

Nope no diseases. Maybe it will eventually go back

Well I'm a Master in Blade so it can't level up any more 

The only other way I could think why it would go down is that you unequipped something that raised attack power or you served time in jail.Flame_Blade88

Well I did do time in jail but that was after I did the Liftin the vale quest
