Sony Store seems VERY slow tonight.....

I have been trying to download the demo for the new Tennis game over the past hour and a half.  I have my PS3 wired into my Vonage adapter and then it goes to the cable modem.  The setup worked fine a few days ago, I got a few 800MB files in less then 30 mins.  Tonight it trudges along for over an hour and bearly got 40%. I finally gave up.  Is Sony Store messed up tonight?  I may try again with it hooked right up to the cable modem and see if that is slowing it down.

I even did a speed test at speakeasy.com with the PS3 web browser and it gave me a speed of about 7500kbps download and 480 kbps upload.  So my connection is fine.

since today there was an update the servers get REALLY slow with all the people trying to download at the same time.

there was an updatr?what version now?1.71?SHOEGOO

No FW update, but the PS store got a few vids and two demos. 

It's always very slow guess that's what you get for free.matttrd

Is it ever slow, i'm 3 hours into dl'ing the sigma demo and i'm finally almost finished 95%, i mean the MBL 2K7 demo is almost as big and that one only took me a little over an hour.americahellyeah

Yes, I'm sure a lot less people were on trying to download MLB 2k7 compared to trying to download both NGS and VT3 at the same time. 

i can assure you that the problem is not PSN but your connection....

i  downloaded sigma 1mb/sec and im from holland took me 30 mins

every1 was like OMG NGS ON PSN EVERYBODY MOB IT NOW! and everybody lagged up the servers. If you tried dling NGS demo right now it'd prob take longer to download than torrenting a season of narutojunk56

or an episode of bleach...

u guys are sooooo impatient, or simply got nothing to do other than play games...1 hour and half and you got 40%, wait 2 hours more and it will be done.zero_cool098
