Should I wait and buy the newly designed PSP?

I've been wanting a PSP forwhile now and was about to go out and get one...but now that this new silver psp is coming outI'm thinkingI should wait b/c it sounds better to me, the thought of being able to hook it up to a tv and play at 480p sounds very cool for a handheld, plus does anyone know how much faster the load times will be and what is going to help the load times be faster? more memory or what? and does anyone know the exact release date for this new PSP?

I hope the ceramic white one comes out first b/c I think I like that one better, it'd match my 360:)
