@sarah_joni: Shadow Warrior might be pretty close, but it's a mix of sword and gunplay. Here's the trailer they released a while back, see if its your style.
If you want gameplay style, fast first person shooter, then the new Doom. If you want the humor and feel, well there isn't really anything like it really, but the unique Rail shooter Blue Estate reminded me of the feel of Serious Sam. Humor and some sexy and lots of shooting.
