Resistance vs. Resistance 2

Ok now, i can both buy fall of man for 20 bux or buy resistance 2 for 60 bux. money does matter but i just wanna know if graphics hold up in fall of man, and if it's worth 20 bux, i'll get fall of man but if graphics don't hold up and it's not nearly even close to the second game i can pay 60 bux.

i would say play the first one to understand the story a little bit more other than that i can't see a reason for doing anything else

Yeah, I'd go with Fall of Man for right now, and get 2 later if you like it. You'll be kind of lost if you don't play FoM first.

I enjoyed the story of R:FOM well enough. It keeps things moving along. Not exactly a brain teaser or anything, but just fine

RFOM>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>R2

Both are great games, though SilverChimera is pretty much right.

Definitely get R:FoM over Resistance 2. The single player is a lot better and so are the graphics. The graphics in Resistance 2 suck just so they can have more things on the screen at once. I was very disappointed with it. The online is great in both, but better in Resistance 2.

people who hate resistance 2 jjust for the ending are really FAIL i mean that ending was great and the boss battles and the graphics were MUCH better then R:fom so i suggest get R:FoM first coz you need to learn the story but after you beat R;FoM it can get pretty boring so its hard but just 4 da story!

I enjoy a lot more RFOM than R2, being honest R2 was a let down for me.

I don't know, and i complete the RFOM 11 times, i really enjoy that game, but for some reason i didn't enjoy that much R2, maybe cuz i was waiting for something fantastic.

I like RFoM a whole lot more, storywise and multiplayer. However, it will take a lot longer to be good at RFoM than Resistance 2, so if you are looking for casual multiplayer, than R2 would probably be best.

RFOM has a much better offline experience with co op

Resistance 2 has better online though, but you can get the RFOM map packs for free

I loved them both, honestly. The ONLY problem I had with R2 is a lack of a satisfying off-line co-op mode. Other than that, I loved it all

The first one was a lot better imo
