Resident Evil 5 Hit or Miss?

I Have just watched the trailor for it yestorday ( yeah im late) and I really like

how the gameplay looks very interactive and lonesome.

Whats your take on this.

the way things are looking, a miss. Its just another rerelease of RE4. Yes that game was amazeing, but why would I want it again after 5 years? meh, I will probably buy it.

I just think its so stupid that in five years they have added nothing into the formula except co-op. I mean, they didnt even change the animations.

RE was suppose to be a horror survival game, now it's just another action game.

The first three were so dark, murky, and well just kinda scary.

I miss that...

I say it's a miss, same with RE 4. Capcom seem to have forgotten what the Resident Evil series is about. They've turned it from a horror game to an action game and now it's even taking place in daylight, how lame is that. LuckyLy

Supposedly, Capcom was going to make us "fear the daylight just as much as the night". :lol:

Who knows, maybe they can pull it off.

Anyway, I think the game will be a hit, as for the death animations and just about everything else in RE5 that is similar to 4, weren't those "placeholders"? Let's give them some time, I'm sure when the game is released we're going to see something a lot different from what we saw in the demo.
