I've been dropping my controller a lot lately and now my R2 and L2 buttons are loose so even if I BARELY and I MEAN BARELY put my finger on it it presses. So if L2 is to throw a gernade I throw my gernade on accident almost everytime I spawn. Is anyone else's controller like this?

I will if there's no other way. $50 is a lot for a controller:?

On one of my controllers, the L2 button is a little loose, mainly due to a few years of use. It still works fine.

I keep my stuff in good condition, but over the years several controllers on severla consoles have had an issue, be it big or small, mainly due to use.

This has happened to me. I unscrewed the controller and moved the trigger wires around a bit and it worked. Just make sure to put the triggers exactly how they were before o they'll be reallly stuck

Try unscrewing it and opening it up if you have any old gen controllers you don't use. Your spring is probably worn down or just loose. I have a couple of DualShock2 controllers in my house that I don't use anymore. I took the spring found on the R2/L2 buttons and replaced it with the worn down one on my DualShock3.
