Go check what type of connections it has. HDMI would be the optimal choice. Next would be component video, which has three inputs - Red, Green, Blue.

With HDMI, you can upscale regular DVD movies, but not with component.

Does it have a column of blue, green, red, white and red inputs? If it does, you tv can accept component. Now, you can buy a component cable that goes A/V tocomponent and connect it.

Ex of a component cable - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7985709&type=product&id=1155065410910
