will the games purchased in a country with region code 3 work in a psp with region code 1?
Yes, i have psp region 3 and i can play my game collection vary from region 1, 2 and 3. If the game you wanted has addon/DLC, it would be best to buy the game which has region code same as code assigned to your country.
