PSone Classics on PS4

Alright, so I started playing Final Fantasy IX over my Playstation Vita, and I noticed that it is only for the PS3, PSP, and Vita. It would be nice to be able to play it over my PS4 if needed. Has anyone heard of a timetable to allow for these games to be played over the PS4?

It's pretty lame Sony doesn't just convert peoples PSN catalog from PS3 to PS4. I'm sure they are missing out on a lot of sales, but not having these games available for single purchase.

We all want it, but it probably won't happen.

I''d rather play my psone classics on the small screen of my psp, they looked horrible on ps3.

It looks like Sony is focusing on PS2 classics for now. Which would make sense I guess...

@Kruiz_Bathory: Not only that. Try Grandia 2 on a PS3. It runs like absolute cockage. Def the Vita is the best playform for PS1. Even a cheap PSP is the way to go. I've got a 16GB micro SD in a Magic Gate cover. That's Final Fantasy 1-9 on the go for me.

It does suck that you can't take your ps1 classics to the ps4. I bought a vita just so I could take my favorite ps1 rpgs anywhere and I was extremely disappointed when I found out it couldn't transfer to the ps4.
