Psn android app

So sometime next month I will have a ps4 and I want to use the app to buy my games before I get it. But here's my issue the ps store in app freezes frequently is there a way to fix this.

Delete it and reinstall it I guess. I've had the app for awhile now (3+ years) and I've never had an issue with it, nor have anybody I know.

Yeah reinstalling it didn't work. I wonder if it has anything to do with me being on an old note 3. Maybe I should just use the store on my pc instead
