I see you that you have an anime avatar, so I assume you like anime. Alright then... (The games I liked the most are in bold)
Tales of Zesteria, Tales of Berseria- You can play them as stand alone games, but Berseria is set 1000 prior to Zesteria. You'll like Berseria much more if you'll play Zesteria first.
Digimon Story Cyber Seluth- You don't have to know anything about the Digimon franchise to play this, this is a stand alone game.
Blue Reflection- Pretty good Mahou Shojou game with Turn Based gameplay
Valkiria Chronicles
Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness- The game is decent. It has some problems and very basic story, but I liked it.
Ni no Kuni 2- You don't have to to play the first game to play this.
Secret of Mana HD
World of Final Fantasy- Monster catching game with unique battle system
Final Fantasy XV-
Nier Automata- It is more Hack and Slash than true RPG, but still.
Nights of Azure- Again, more Hack and Slash than true RPG. The game is not perfect, and still has some problems, but liked it for what it did.
Shining Resorance Refrain- I actually played this on PS3. It is decent RPG, with romance system.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+ 2.5 Remix- This is great collection for four Kingdom Hearts Games.
Persona 5- I never played it, but many people like this game
Now for western RPGs
The Witcher 3- Probably the most beloved WRPG on PS4 by the community.
Horizon Zero Dawn
Assassin Creed Orgins- Play this only after Witcher 3. It is very similar, but Witcher is better. I myself liked ACO more because of the animals.
