Its like 460 with taxes new. You might find a used one for around 400 on ebay or amazon.

I'm seeing some complete ones used on Amazon for under $375. That's probably as low as you'll find one if you don't mind buying used. Otherwise, good luck finding someone or somewhere selling a new one for under $400.
I think you'd be better off spending a little extra on a new one at standard retail price, with manufacturer warranty. Just wait a while and save up the money for it.
