ps3 is getting replaced tommorrow

I am getting my ps3 replaced tommorrow because it doesnt read games anyore or blu ray discs. The guy on the fone said they will send someone to my house tommorrow to pick up the faulty machine and give me a new one. Has anyone had this experience who can tell me what happens? thanks guys ;)

Are you sure you own a PS3? If its white (gray) and has a ring of red lights it might not be a PS3.

Wow, this exact same thing happened to mine. It stopped reading discs period. I sent it back to SONY and they sent me one that works perfectly fine. :)

Well it sounded like thats what he said to me. i live in scotland so maybe its differnet to wherever you live....buddyRobinho1873

it is true, that it is done differently in different countries. see you may have a ps3 repair/ship facility within so many miles of where you live too. so you might be right.

oh well all i know is what i was told by a guy with a thick english accent so if im wrong its jus cos hes wrong but i hope im right cos it sounds like a good service
