PS3 Blinking Red Light Problem Pls Help

Hey guys,so i have this stupid problem with my ps3.Its an 80GB ps3 and I bought it at the endof 2007.Everytime I turn on a game,after awhile,it will just turn off by itself.It gives out 3 beeps and a flashing red light on the PS3.Can anyone help please?

I THINK it indicates that your PS3 is starting to overheat, so it automatically shuts off to prevent extensive damage to the hardware. Try hoovering dust out of your PS3's vents.

The PS3 version of the "Red Ring of Death" from the 360(Lol idk). You be best to call Sony and ask them first hand if you ask me :)

I just started having that problem. When I play Modern 2, after awhile it just shuts off itself. Did you get a fix for this? Please help.

In the manual, it has the codes for what all the lights and beeps mean. This is probably just an overheat problem, but look in your manual and it will tell you exactly what it means.
