PS3 Advice

Hi everyone, I downloaded the 2.00 update.

The background pictures are nice. its just that i now have a coloured orange bar in the corner - its like a message board sign or something.

 Anyway, what i would love to know is does it slow anyone else's PS3 down like it does mine? When i scan through the menu now, y PS3 hesitates, annoyingly so. Can i turn it off?

Yes you can.

Just go to the PSN icon on the XM, press triangle on the information board icon and choose don't use.
