(sorry for putting this in PS3 forum) I bought a PS2 and the problem is that it won't,under any circumstances,start.I plug everything in but when I select a channel,select AV from remote,nothing happens.It just spine awhile and stops.No screen,nothing.I heard that there is a specific AV channel for every TV(only one) but i tried to manually find it :D ,but had no luck.There is a green light in the front and I keep reseting the console but nothing happens.Also...is there a start button in the back of the console?I have a Samsung TV(it's older) Any help would be appreciated.
Can't you try to connect your PS2 at other tv for expample relatives or friends and see if it doesnt happen anything maybe PS2 was damaged or the wire to connect PS2 with the TV are useless.
I tried on my second TV but still no luck...same problem(Royal TV...very old).How do I find the AV channel? Or is there a program that lets me play my PS2 on my monitor?I saw someone 4 years ago playing on his monitor but I don't know how.Thanks for the replies
