PS VITA MEMORY INFORMATION?

Can some one, any one help me fully understand how some one goes about selling a vita, how to take your profile off of it, how to sell a memory card, and how to not have your profile still on it so you can sell one? Thanks.

I think you can just deactivate it directly in your PSN Account or do a factory reset on your Vita. Memory cards are also linked in your account, so you will have to format it as well before anyone else can use it.
