16GB for me.

32GB, probably - I currently have a 16GB memory stick for my PSP and it's a good size, but I'm sure Vita games will be larger on average and more space is never a bad thing (plus who wants to juggle memory cards). I'll get one after third parties like Sandisk start manufacturing them (or rebranding them, in that case), though. No way I'm paying a hundred bucks for something that should be $40.DJ_LaeThinking about doing that as well. I'll probably hold off on the Vita until Q4
I just got 4Gb, waiting for a price drop and/or even bigger cards before starzing with overflowing it with content ^^
Thinking about doing that as well. I'll probably hold off on the Vita until Q4 Not a bad decision. Although I'm still getting a 16GB on launch date, I just hope Sandisk can come out with their own memory card a month after the Vita launches.[QUOTE="DJ_Lae"]32GB, probably - I currently have a 16GB memory stick for my PSP and it's a good size, but I'm sure Vita games will be larger on average and more space is never a bad thing (plus who wants to juggle memory cards). I am getting a 32Gb. But seeing Sony has priced them so high, I am no longer getting a Vita on launch and am instead waiting til Christmas 2013. And even then I will only get one if the prices of the memory card has dropped a lot. I have no problem skipping the Vita if Sony can't get their head out their ass with pricing. I have a PC and PS3 for gaming at home and a smartphone for when I am not home, so I already have my gaming needs met. The Vita is just an extra bonus that I can live without.AmazonTreeBoaExactly. And by that point there will be (or should be) a decent number of games at discounted prices, making it relatively cheap to buy a Vita, a memory card, and a small library.
I'm getting a 4GB included in a GameStop Starter Pack. It also includes a case, cleaning cloth, headphones, and a screen cover.
4 is what I'd most likely get. Although I have a 16 GB now, I was fine when I just had a 4 GB for my PSP.
I just preordered all my stuff from newegg and I went with the 8gig. I'm still not sure if I will cancel my order or not though, that is a lot of money.nightshade869What model are you getting and are you getting any games/accessories for it?
32gb for me that way I will have plenty of space for games music and movies. That I will be buying from PSN when the Vita launches.Hekynn
Im in the exact same boat. My music would nearly take over a 16gb card so its the next size no question for me. And I plan on getting everything from the PSN so that I wont have to keep track of cartridges

I'm getting the wifi model and Uncharted Golden Abyss. That is all for now. I will most likely get MLB 12 The Show if it has cross system game saves and Rayman Origins looks fun too.
