hello. I got a new psp for Christmas. I got Tony hawks project 8, and burnout legends to go with it. I don not have a memory stick yet. When playing the games, at times the screen will go black. I can still hear sound but no screen. Seems like if I tap on the back cover the screen will come back on, then often will blink off again. Sometimes it works fine but i have been having this problems with both games so I thought it might be the psp itself. Wasn't sure if playing without a memory stick wouldmake a difference. Any help or education would be appreciated.
If there's not even a 32mb memory stick inside (Empty). might be coz it can't autosave or something...try putting a mem card inside and trying to play, If it gives you the same problem, take it back.
