they are putting so many stuff on the game that they are already starting to blow it!

so many things to do, they said its focused in factions, you can buy buildings and streets, you can earn money and spend it on lots of stuff, etc...

it looks as if they were completly forgetting about the "ASSASSINS" in the title and just changing it to "rich man creed" or something like that.

I also hated when I watched that dev diary where the devs said that the game history mode will start in 1470 and will end in 1500.

I hate when they do that, when they actually show you 30 years of the life of your char, its just gets you out of the char too much because he goes changing and then you get used to a certain form of the char then he changes and you have to adapt again...

maybe they are polishing the game too much?

Have you played the game? No. Wait and play the game before you judge.

from what i've seen Im losing the interest I had on playing the game, like I said, they are getting way out of the game's main focus and are too much stuff to do, they want to create a XVI century GTA...

They probably have it set up so you can do all of these things after you finish the main story line.

Any added variety to the gameplay would be welcome in my opinion.. The first one had little to no variety, there were four side missions you did repeatedly in each area and then you just went after the dude you needed to kill.. and when you finished that you got to do it all over again. AC2 needs something other than the washed up do this task a hundred times and then kill this guy style gameplay..

Assassin's Creed 1: "Bawww, bawww! This is too repetetive! Where's the variety?!"

Assassin's Creed 2: "Bawww, bawww! This has too much variety! Where's the repetetiveness?!"

I see where this is going, and I love it.

Can someone direct me to a preview that says anything about "buying buildings and streets" as TC said? Buildings or safe houses I'd understand, but streets? That's a tad ridiculous.

After i saw i was goning to have to buy stores, manage cities and money i instantly lost intrest. Such a great game reduced to cheap gimmicks. Why should i have to buy shops and manage money to get the secret stuff. You can just go shove it AC2.

Are you one of the many that complained about the first title being repetitive? Now that there are more options... still not satisfied?

I don't really mind a few additions provided they're there to add to the overall experience rather than mask any flaws. So long as they've dealt with the main issues from the original I'll be happy.

I would prefer more varied and interesting missions. I could really care less about all this other fluff which will probably end up being some shallow distraction thrown in like buying property in Vice City.
