Native Res of 720P But.......

My Samsung Plasma's native res is 720P. When I go to display and setup.....it chooses 1080p for me........What should I use?...I thought my Res was 720p....Im confused now

Well, if you TV can run at 1080p, put it on that setting. If there is a game that doesnt run at 1080 like idk COD4, then your TV will automatically change its settings to 720p...and once your done playing the game, ur TV will go back to 1080p...

In the end just set it at 1080p!! :D

Here is the deal: If you are using HDMI cables and your TV autoselects 1080p for you then that means that it is capable of receiving a 1080p signal. That does not mean that the TV will display the 1080p signal however. It will still be shown in games as either 720p or 1080i. So it is fine to leave it how it is but just remember that your TV isn't secretly 1080p.
