Yeah, that's pretty BS of her to claim to represent an entire nation of gamers. I'm sure there's a lot of Canadians who think she's an idiot just trying to exploit the situation for the sake of making a quick buck. Its like the other jackwagon from Alabama. I live in Alabama. If I were these guys hacking into Sony's databanks, the smart thing to do would be to wait before using any of that CC info, and that's probably what they're going to do. No point in using it now while all the CC companies are on high alert.

And if they wait long enough, she wouldn't have much proof in the way of accusing Sony for the damages, because once this has all blown over, there will still be other ways of stealing her identity.

here is how its going to go down in court:

lady: im suing sony for 1 billion.
judge: what for?
lady: its possible for peoples credit card to be stolen
sony: nobodys was stolen.
lady: so!
judge: facepalm...court dissmissed.
