My PSN ID gone

Most people have gotten back thier PSN but I haven't. I've called and emailed but still nothing . They say that they've changed it but nothing. Now they tell me that I might nw recieve my "Welcome Back" package. But I have had this system since 2008. Now what do I do.

Two choices:

1. Keep on pestering Sony until they sort it
2. Create a new one and get on with it

Personally I'd go for option 1!
