My PS3 stuck in Restoring process at 31%

I haven't turned on my PS3 in quite some time, but when i did, i inserted the disk and clicked to play the game.After that i got a black screen and my PS3 wouldn't want to turn off so i had to unplug it.When i turned it on again is said a file is corrupted or something and started a restore process, it got to 31% and now it's stuck.I don't want to turn it off because i fear i will damage it even more, so for now i'm waiting on a response from you guys...

You´ll have to turn it off again.

It sounds like it already is gone. Time for a new hard drive.
