My headset stopped working with R:FOM. Why?

I have a Motorola H350 headset that I've been using with my PS3.

For the past few days it hasn't worked with R:FOM. It recognizes when I select it through Accessory Settings, the volume meter goes up when I talk through it to test it, but when I play Resistance, the R3 button just doesn't seem to work. I've switched controllers, shut off my console, reconnected my headset - nothing is working.

Any idea why? Anyone have a fix?

or possibly you should try switching the controller layout and see if that works. Also your bluetooth might have something to do with the options. Check it out.

dude i also have the same problem, but i have a solution.... look when the headset doesnt work all u have to do is...

1. turn off the headset.
2. shut off the ps3 for arround 30-45 secs
3. turn the ps3 back on and wait for everything to load up, including your friends list and avatars.
4. turn on the headset till light is strong blue.
5. link it up with the ps3.
6. listen if u hear like a ecco sound in the headset ( the louder it is the better)
7. go to R:FOM and get online, wen u are in the loading area (before you accept the agreement) and u hear the ecco in the head set that means that 9 out of 10 times the headset will work!

hope this helps you, if it doesnt work just do all the steps and its going to work! it works for me averytime...sometimes i have to do this steps up to 4 times in order for my mic to work...but its worth it. well write back if it helped!
