Okay, I'm gonna try to spell this out with no bias (cause I hate CoD.)
MW2: Respected franchise, large player population. Fast-paced/arcade type of gameplay, military shooter in premise only. No vehicles, but killstreaks. Not much teamwork. Small/mid-sized maps.
BFBC2: Respected franchise, quickly growing player pop. Slower paced, realistic gameplay. Destructible/demolishable environments. Variety of vehicles. Teamwork encouraged and rewarded, but not absolutely required. Very large maps.
MAG: Brand new, quickly growing player pop. 256-player matches, completely reliant on teamwork, which can lead to completely awesome matches, or really crappy matches. Huge maps.
Not gonna go on about the ranking system, weapons and the like cause all 3 have 'em, and I don't know enough about MW2's or MAG's. Also not gonna include UC2 as it's TPS, though as I understand it, it's very fun. I personally love BFBC2, there's nothing like hopping into a Blackhawk and raining death on the other team, and when they finally take you down, bail out and parachute to safety as the explosion of the chopper fills your speakers.
